In the event that you receive an incorrect or wrong item, we will arrange for a return or exchange. An item that is undamaged and free of wear and tear must be returned.

Return Process

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
It is not possible to return perishable items, such as flowers and plants, or customized items. Digital products, such as e-books or software, cannot be refunded after they have been downloaded or accessed. During checkout, you will be informed if there are any exceptions to these categories.
Return Shipping
In the event that an item needs to be returned, the user should be responsible for paying the shipping costs. If we discover it was an error on our part, we will gladly pay for return shipping.
